We have had Brian do numerous construction projects for us. He is friendly, professional, is great at what he does and has an eye for details. He completes projects on time and on budget. How often does that happen with contractors?? I have referred him to other friends and they have all been 100% happy too. Would highly reccomend him for any construction job, big or small.

Brian started on a small project (placing skylights and windows) for us. He also replaced and stablized our decks. We were happy with his work and subsequently asked his crew build our retaining wall and finish the flagstone patio. Brian took care of all the ordering of the materials. The retaining wall was a big project and he had the connections in recommending a geotechnical engineer and obtained all necessary permits. From the time the skylights arrived to the last stone was laid, it took about 4 weeks. Brian always communicate with us by email or by phone. His crew were courteous, skilled and efficient. The job site was kept tidy and restored to its original condition. We are happy with results of our projects and received many compliments from our neighbors.

We completed a kitchen/family remodel and addition with Brian last Fall. We absolutely love our new space. Brian’s input on design/flow and his crew’s meticulous workmanship resulted in a beautiful and functional space we spend all of our time in. My husband & I have been using Brian and his construction company for almost 15 years. His work is of the highest quality. Brians workers have been with him years and I feel completely at ease leaving them in my home. Brians workers are neat and are there until the job is finished. I would not use anybody else for construction projects in my home. We have had a kitchen remodel, bathrooms, other interior updates and a beautiful landscaping job done.

Koepke Construction rebuilt two rather long retaining walls on our property, partially rebuilt and redesigned a driveway, installed a paved front deck and did the interior work for relocating our gas service. During this long process, Brian and his crew were uniformly professional (they even cleaned up every day), on time, and always listened to our concerns.

We have used Brian to do the work on several projects in our home including a family room remodel, a light kitchen remodel, rebuilding two decks and a railing, along with smaller maintenance projects. Brian also helped us with design and had custom cabinets made. He is very easy to work with. He is a great communicator–you always know when they are coming, how the project is going, and he stays to his budget, no surprises. Brin has a very nice crew with a great foreman who is very knowledgeable and can fix/build pretty much anything. They do fine work and are great with clean up.

We used Brian Koepke to remodel our kitchen in Moraga. He was recommended by a couple of friends in town. We’d lived in the house for 8 years, and had considered remodeling for quite some time and knew exactly what we were looking for. Brian helped us fine tune our vision and execute the plan. We turned an outdated traditional kitchen into a clean and modern one, while still keeping in line with the original architecture of the home (1977 two story rancher). We love the final product and Brian and his team were easy to work with and stayed close to budget. No big surprises. Definitely would recommend Brian to anyone looking to remodel.

We used Kepkee Construction to turn a gross, neglected townhome in Moraga into a showplace. Given the nature of the mortgage loan I was using, I was unable to bid the job to other contractors. Brian came highly recommended by my realtor, and I told him I had to trust him to do the work for a fair price and at a high level of quality. Not only was the work done beautifully and at a very fair price, Brian was extremely easy to work with. He is very responsive and helped me work within a tight budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I plan to use him again myself as soon as the next project presents itself.
